another chick find! i discovered the easiest-to-apply eye shadow/shimmer. why easiest-to-apply, you ask? because it is a roll-on eye shadow/shimmer! it's called Star Dust Roll-on Poudre Pailletee. bloom is so brilliant! it takes a few seconds to swipe it on your eyelids and you're good to go. :) although only a few shades are left. i got one in Rose Gold. it isn't flashy at all. just the right hint of shimmer on your eyelids.
