little lady's big sister la sallian advice

this school year, my brother is an incoming freshman in dlsu. he already knows the alma mater, la sallian cheers and la sallian prayers from highschool, so no problem with that. but i oriented him a bit about my alma mater (for example, i already showed him who the famous jenny is). i also gave him a couple of tips even before his orientation, so that him being a froshie won't be too obvious :P

1. when you swipe your ID, you don't have to take it off your wallet or (zomg!) wear it. ipatong lang ang wallet sa scanner, ok na. i think this is the best advice he got. ("ate! yung iba tinatanggal yung ID nila sa wallet! bahahah!")

2. do not rejoice when you see TH in your EAF. TH means tuesday AND thursday. 

3. do not buy unnecessary books. just invest on important ones (the ones related to your majors).

4. do not believe people saying that TBA means Teresa Building Auditorium.

5. wag masisindak sa mga rich kids. no need to even try to fit in. of course you can have filthy rich friends (they can be good people too, you know), but you don't have to try to look like them, or buy the branded stuff that they have if you can't afford it. just be yourself.

oh yeah, my brother is already ID 110. damn i feel old :| haha!
